Too many ‘R’s, right?
Hi people out there who engage in this random website. Looking for some unbiased feedback on the names Rae (first) Reverie (second) - Is this as ridiculous/weird as I have made it to be in my head? Baby girl.

I think it's perfectly fine, because how often are you called by your first and middle name? Except with official happenings, I can't remember I have. Personally I also love alliterate names and Rae Reverie is lovely.
My initial thought is that Rae seems too much like its a nickname of Reverie so it sounds like you're essentially calling her Becky Rebecca.
I also agree that there's too many Rs involved. Never heard of Reverie before and I'm not against it. I think a different first name would be better, if you're open to switching out Rae
Edit: Though you might want to check if that product RoxStar mentions exists where you're from because that could be a dealbreaker for Reverie

Yes, too many r's, and Rae sounds more like it could be a nickname for Reverie.
And to top it off, Reverie is a female lubricating product.

I think the R thing is okay. Not ideal, but not the worst thing.
But I think Reverie is a dumb name and wouldn't want to be named it. The word *would sound and look* good if it were a namey word, but the word doesn't have positive connotations. I don't really think it matters if someone gets a dumb middlename because people can conceal them if they want to. But I think it'd just sound too gimmicky, especially once you add the repeated sounds - it's a little too much like Mae Mystique or Fay Fantasia, and honestly I'd resent having a name like that. I'd give Rae Reverie like, 6 out of ten possible ridiculousness points. Some people will like it... I'm not one.

Yes too many rs and I think a more feminine middle would be nice
