I really like it, and I wouldn't mind using it for a girl. It is uncommon yet familiar in my country. I adore the association with the teenage witch.I don't care for Sabrena, Sabriyya nor Sabria, but I find Sabina quite charming. I also like that it has many usages, and the fact it is also the Spanish word for the savin tree is a plus.
