I don't know many cool ones, but I always liked:
Calcifer (Howl's Moving Castle)
Yunalesca (Final Fantasy X)
Lakmé (the opera, Lakmé)
Nienna (Silmarillion)
Pamina (The Magic Flute)

I was about to choose Calcifer for the list, but it didn't make the cut. It's pretty whimsical - I love it! Nienna is also one of my favorites, alongside many other Tolkien names.
Lakmé and Pamina are interesting, especially the former. Never thought of a French form of Lakshmi.
