Lotus is the only one I can see working, as flower names tend to meld pretty well into naming culture. And to be honest, I don't mind it. I wouldn't grimace if I ever found it on grocery clerk's nametag or a child's classmate or anything.
Though I don't doubt the others have seen some usage, they are too much of dictionary words for me to see them as a name on a human. It would be in the same vein as calling them chair or pavement.
