Silija looks like the name of an industrial fabric. I prefer Silja and especially Cilia as a short form of Cecilia.

I'd much rather see Silja.

It seems too insubstantial to me, like my mouth is searching for another consonant to put in the middle somewhere. The spelling is eye-catching however.

I like it. One of my closest friends is named Silje (pronounced the same as Celia) which is the Norwegian version.
