Iris is probably the only flower name I'd ever consider, apart from Rose as a nn.
Flora is OK, but Florence is a family name on both sides, so I'd use it without hesitation.
Hope seems slightly impolite: no happy certainty, just ... hope! And I don't enjoy virtue names in general.
