WDYT of Kylie?
I know it's very trendy, etc...etc...but I still like the sound of it and it makes me think of a cheerful girl.Thoughts?

I actually really like the name Kylie.

I don't mind it. It was extremely popular here in Australia in the 70's and 80's to name your daughter Kylie. The first person I think of is of course Kylie Minogue.

It might work for the first sixteen years of her life; but, overall, Kylie doesn't seem like a name a person could grow with. God bless,

It's sort of a "cringe-worthy" name to me...just because I don't like all the Kaylie,Kallie,Kasey,Kaleigh,Keeley, ect ect. names I just think they are sort of "flimsy" and I just don't like K names for some reason.

It's too popular for me to use, but I actually like it.

It's just really.... meh.All those trendy K names are so bland to me. It's not awful, but I certainly think there are hundreds of names out there that deserve to be used before another Kaylie/Kylie/Keira/Kaycee/Kinsey/Kamey/Kelsi walks this earth.

I wouldn't use it but I like it well enough. I suppose it depends on where you are from with this one. I am an Aussie in my 30s so to me it isn't trendy at all as I went to school with lots of Kylie's. It was very popular in the 70s, one of my closest friends is called Kylie. I equate it with names like Amanda, Michelle and Karen as these were the other very popular names from my era.

Personally I dislike it, I don't see it aging well. I can't picutre an 80 year old woman named that. If you like it go for it though.

I have never liked it. It seems like a bimbo name to me, I picture a bleached blonde silicone-breasted young lady in a skirt no wider than a belt, getting drunk in clubs and deliberately falling at the feet of random men she thinks are hot.

It's too terribly cutesy for me and lacking substance.

It's cute, but probably not something I'd use myself because of the trendyness factor.

I used to absolutely hate it, but now I love it and it doesn't bother me that it's trendy because it's still a nice name and I'm not having kids for at least another 6 years. :) I also like the spelling Kiley.

Kylie is a little too trendy for my liking.
I sort of like Kaleigh though.
