My name is Tritia....the only other word that comes close to the pronunciation is Militia (army of forces)..it has the "sh" sound....people like to spell my name:

Trisha
Tricia

My dad was stationed in California and my mom really liked the anchor woman on one of the t.v. stations and her name is Tritia Toyota. She is supposedly still big in California...she is from oriental decent. I am a female and I am hispanic/Native American (I don't know if that will help)....just would like some input....

My name is also Tritia and I really don't know where it comes from.
I thought I was the only one with this name , but when I searched on internet, I found more Tritias.

It's likely that it's a variant of Tricia/Trisha.

I have heard so many different stories of where my name comes from.
What is it's orgin? Leasi......
I have always been told it is Italian...
