Re: Anyone heard the name Alyscenne?

Looks more like Alice-Annie to me. Are you naming your child this? She'll learn patience and tolerance very soon.

My name is Alyscenne and I am the first one i know of other than another little girl who was named after me in WV. My mother made the name up for me because she didn't want me to grow up with a common name like hers. I have never seen the name or heard it anywhere else until this little girl was named after me. Now, I see it on the lists for "Girls Names". I guess I always liked being the only one that i knew of but i am getting used to the fact that others are starting to use it. :)Alyscenne

Yes, her name is Alyscenne Danae. Most often people call her Allison, but there is another girl with this name, pronounced the same way, so we know it isn't Allison! I heard a rumor that it could be Russian..

Yes, my name is Alyscenne and the other woman who has a daughter with my name has contacted me to find the origins. It actually has none. My mother made the name up "Long Ago" when she was in high school. she would kill me if she new I said that. :) She said that she sat and put names together until she found one she liked. The Alyscenne Danea is about 24 years younger than me. My boyfriend actually found her looking for me on the web one day when he did a search under my name and it turned out she new my brother when she was in highschool. My background is actually Italian but I can't say that for the name since it was just my wonderful mother being creative and wanting me to be different. Email me if you would like. :)Alyscenne T.
