Siti also means 'lady' in Egyptian and and 'madam' in Malay (and most Malay are Muslim).
Siti, there are a lot of ways to define the word lady and you can become any of those definitions. Regardless of which one you choose, you are going to find pathetic people in every walk of life, religion, ethnic background, etc.
Maybe you would consider a 'nickname' that is similar to your original name but has a different meaning, such as Sita, Sitara (or Sitarah) or Siddhi or Sidda (feminine versions of the name Siddhartha).
