Daria
Had a Russian friend called Daria who told me it also meant river. Checked, seems to be the case. Not only masculine of Darius, then?

No, it looks like "Daria" in Russian means "strong, conquering" and has been used as a personal name for centuries. The word "darya" means "river" in one of the Turkmen dialects (Kirghiz, etc., in central Asia), but for all I know it may indeed be used as a personal name in modern Russia. Different word origin, tho.- Da.
