how would you pronounce Carolina or Caroline? the 'i' part I mean. I've always pronounced the 'i' as in line, but then it just occured that it could also be pronounced like the 'i' is Evangeline. how would YOU pronounce it?

Carolina with an EYE = American states, North and South
Carolina with an EE = female given name
Caroline with an EYE = English female given name
Caroline with an EE = French female given name

i pronounce it as the i in line. But i love it how they say in non-english contries. look at Satu's. But it's a beutiful name either way.

Hi Carolina,

in non-English speaking countries your name is usually pronounced cah-roh-lEE-nah or cAH-roh-lee-nah
