Fem forms of Tristan??
I love the name Tristan, I'm after some fem forms of this name. I think there's a band called tristania, is that a real name? I know Tristen is a fem form, but i was looking for something a bit more feminine? thanks :)

In French the feminine form of Tristan is Tristane

What about Trista?Trista or Tristana are clearly feminine. And I would not consider Tristen "a fem form" but just a misspelling of Tristan (cf. Aidan - Aiden, both for boys).

I agree . . .Tristen is a misspelling of Tristan, not a feminine form.As well as Trista (which is in the database) and Tristana, you could use Tristanne or Tristenne, but bear in mind that these are made up :-)

Also Tristina, in the mode of Christina.

Or, for that matter, Tristine!

In Spanish, the feminine of Tristan is Tristana. And there is a Buñuel's film titled Tristana.
