Arian is the Welsh word for silver. It's not really found by itself as a name, but appears in compounds like Arianwen or Arianrhod.
It's pronounced arry-an.
Ariene looks like either a form of Ariadne (which I've pointed out before) or an attempt to 'prettify' arian.
Carys is pronounced to rhyme with Paris said in the English way: pah-ris, not pare-is. So the pronounciation is cah-ris, not care-is.
