Re: THE MEANING
I know that there is a plant called "dillenia", after the botanist J. J. Dillen. There are several kinds of dillenias, the family is called "Dilleniaceae". These plants are big shrubs or small trees that have very pretty big white blossoms. They are evergreen and bear fruits the size of apples which taste soure. Its full Latin name is dillenia indica or dillenia speciosa. In English it is also called Hondapara Tree, Chulta, or Elephant Apple. Maybe that is where your name comes from, though I have never met a person with that name. But I like it, it sounds very nice.
