It's a diminutive of Zosia, the pet form of Zofia.
Very, very, cutesy form.
Pronounced zoh-sheñ-kah.

Zosienka is a female Polish name. It is a diminutive of Zofia, and pronounced zaw-SEN-ka.

Your pronounciation is way off.

Sorry...(m)I don't actually speak Polish, but I got that pronunciation from looking up Polish pronunciation lessons...I guess when it's all combined it sounds pretty different from the way the letters would be pronounced individually! So s-i-e becomes sheh? Interesting...
