Sumahla/Sumela - Sumela is the name of a monastery in Turkey, the name is believed to have Greek roots (mela = black), Sumahla reminds me of Somalia….

I believe Anatolia is derived from the Greek "anatole" - sunrise. I don't really remember who named the region, though Greeks would be a good guess :P
