Message: "Kiciah Name meaning?"

Kiciah Name meaning?

Subject says it all.

Have a friend with a name of Kiciah and she's wondering what it means. Says it has Celtic background, but I couldn't find much on the net. I see there were Kiciah's in the 1800's and very early 1900's, but nothing more.
Anyhelp would be great!

Maybe it's a form of Keziah. Not Celtic, but the comments on the entry for Keziah (usually keh-ZY-ah or keh-SIGH-ah) say that someone had seen it spelled Kisiah and other ways.

Do you know if there is any other message board I can goto to try and a family that had this name. That maybe could provide additional info? I went to ancestry.com and they had a couple Kiciah's, but the last message from those threads were from 2000-2004 I think.
