Can any tell me what is the meaning of the name Justa, and what is its origin.
My name is Justa and I am Portuguese.
Can anyone also help me with the surname Cabaço with the accent under the second.
My interest was awaken when I was approached by a Jewish person who said that the Cabaço name was of Jewish origin and the Cabasso surname are of same background.

Justa means fair, not as in light but as in fairness and justice.
My theory on Cabaço would be that it somehow derived from Cabaça, either as in pumpkin or as in container.
