In my opinion i think that this is a really pretty name it is "Dulcienia" dul-sin-a-ya is how it was said.

I don't know about Dulcienia, but Dulcinea was a pretty maiden in Miguel de Cervantes' "Don Quixote"

It's just Dulcie with a 'nia' suffix, common in latin feminine names.
It should be pronounced [DUHL-see-nee-ah] to my knowledge.
