the letters 'Rh' is one letter in the welsh alphabet, coming m,n,o,p,ph,r,RH,s,t,th.
There are many letters in the welsh alphabet that are double letters, such as LL, Ch, Dd, Ff,
In the case of Rh, the r should be 'rolled'
