Archiveshard to find origin
My family history is diverse and I have relatives from about 80 to 100 years ago by either marriage or biological, with the last name Bonslater, I can not find the origin of this name anywhere. Can you help shed some light on this. Thank you.

I do not have any information regarding the surname Bonslater, unfortunately. You should know, though, that this message board solely concentrates on first names, not surnames. For questions related to surnames, you need to go to the Surname Message Board, which is located right here:

Also, I saw that you added the Bonslater surname to the Submitted Names Database, which is intended for first names only. As such, I have had to delete your submission, unfortunately.
Instead, you can submit the Bonslater surname to the Submitted Surnames Database, which you can find here:
