Celina -- This site lists Celina as a short form of Marcelina, however, it also lists the male name Celino which has the same meaning as Celia. Celina is the feminine form of Celino. I suppose it could also be a diminutive of Celia.

The close I could think of is the name Heaven , Haven , or Neveah (Heaven spelled backwards) (I beleive pronounced Ne-vay-ah or Ne-ve-ah).
