Hello,I am currently working on a book and I still don't have the main character's last name.I am looking for a French last name with a dark meaning like 'death' or something similar.Thanks a lot.

Both Lamort and La Morte are legitimate French surnames: 'mort' = death.
(Although possibly a bit obvious.)
