we have found a name of a song worth noting. It is called "Evenstar" from Lord of the rings . In Icelandic it s been translated to "even if it starts". If this translation stands corected ,could it be considered a new name?Even if it has not been used for a character fictional or not?

Every single name is invented. So technically, any word can be a name. Whether it would be accepted in society is a different matter. Considering that it comes from Lord of the Rings, I would assume no, it doesn't count. it's like naming your child Legolas, or Han Solo.
