I can't sort them all into two groups for you, but ones that I know for sure are "real names" are:
MALES
Ken (研)
Kōtarō (鋼太朗)
Jūzo (什造)
Yukinori (Kanji not provided)
Sōta (宗太)
Akihiro (明博)
FEMALES
Seiko (no Kanji)
Ryōko
Kanae
Of course, in real life, those names will often be written in alternative kanji, not necessarily the ones you posted.
One place to start is by googling each name; if it is a common name for real people, real people will show up in the results.
