It's possible that Artti is a variant of Arttu, which is the Finnish form of Arthur. When I first saw the name I instantly thought it was the Finnish form of Arthur and the names are too similar to be a coincidence. I go to this site, Nordic Names, which is all about Scandinavian names and according to it Artti does come from Arthur; it's also very rarely used according to the statistics below.
