In French, jeune means "young" (or maybe "younger"), I believe. -elle is a typical feminine French diminutive.

I have never seen or heard of Jeunelle before, sorry.

Do you pronounce it like Janelle? Or "jeune" like "jaune" ie: yellow in French.

if you were to pronounce it in french, it would be prounounced like jeune-elle (i believe it means young girl in french). if you were to pronounce it in english, it's just pronounced like janelle (both my parents are french so i've heard it both ways).
