Since you didn't add any sources to corroborate that this is in fact a name, your entry should be removed. If this is a name it is very rare.

Vulcanus is actually a name derived from Roman mythology, but I don't think the name Volcano actually exists.
But sincerely a background with lava for the name Vulcanus and other names with the same meaning would be cool.
