It's Romanian. I don't speak Romanian so I don't know if the meaning is obvious to native speakers.

Hi !!!

As far as I know Opriș is a surname, as in the case of Florea Opriș.

There is also another surname: Oprea. In the past it was a given name that comes from 'opri' meaning "to stop", given to the last-born child.

Opriș could have a similar origin.
