i meant if it has a real meaning in the Puritan origin

We can invent reasons for its use. For instance, if a family had a daughter who died, Joy-Againe might be a thankful and hopeful name for a second daughter. But unless there is an actual record of their thought process, there is no proof.

i am just curious to know what it means tho like i'm a younger human on this site and i don't know if its something i'm not supposed to know or if it does not have a meaning

What more meaning do you want? Joy mean 'happiness', and again (the -e spelling is no longer used) means 'one more time' or 'repeat'. If you know what soup is and what a tomato is, then you don't have to be told the meaning of tomato soup. This is the same.
