I’m not sure that’s very accurate. The websites where I see that meaning are not very reliable. I’m seeing the meaning as “the Lord is my salvation” but I’m not sold on that meaning either. I am also seeing “delightful” and “lucky” as meanings. Overall, I think there are a lot of websites out there giving out random meanings for names.

From what I can tell, the Lord is my salvation is in fact a meaning of Lisha, but not the Arabic meaning.

The "Lord is my salvation" meaning is coming from the Hebrew name Elisha. The "lucky" meaning is probably coming from Felicia.

Without a language and an etymology... it's not a meaning, it's just a claim.
