I suspect your questionnaire is infected by some kind of virus.

Such is the hazard of downloading stuff from the websites of people whom one doesn't really know that well. Thanks for the warning, Pavlos. :)

thanks for the warning, I'll check that of course ... but then again I'm rather sure there's no virus, since I wrote the questionnaire (including uploading it to the web) at my workplace (don't tell my boss...), that's one of the big Swiss Banks and as you can imagine security is a big issue - so I just can't imagine how a bug may have crept in!!!
BUT I do kno that there my be some problems downloading the file - I didn't really have a good web-builder program to work with, so it's far from perfect.
But for anyone interested in fillig out the questionnaire without downloading it: send me an email, I'll forward it to you (and you can run it through your anti-virus-software...)!
