A lot of people pronounce it Aaliyah, like the others have said. :)

But my family says it ale-yuh. (Ale as in beer, people would sometimes think Ally or something like that.)

At first glance I'd think to myself: al-YEE-ah?
Then I'd think: ah-LYE-yah?

And if I had to say it out loud I'd guess ah-LEE-ah - because I know that's a popular name.
