John over Henry in Shakespeare's plays
Ah the Shakespeare lists in the namesake section sure are interesting. It has especially been excitng for me to read the section where the frequency of the names may be studied. Perhaps it is me overlooking the obvious, but I never got the feeling that John was a name used so much more than Henry in the plays of Shakespeare.

"John Over Henry" has also been a chronic problem in some English "public" schools. Happily, for many it's just a phase...
