I knew a girl named Mica once and she pronounced it MEE-sha. Almost everyone pronounced it MEE-ka when they were meeting her for the first time. I think MEE-ka looks like the obvious way to pronounce it but I don't think it sounds very attractive. I much prefer Micah (MIE-ka) and I like it more for a girl.
