Sorry, but the only Coe I've ever known is a boy. I like it on a boy, but it sounds really weird for a girl. I suppose it's okay as a nn, but I'm still not sure how much I like that. Though I am glad to see someone at least likes the name Coe :)
Out of your list, I think Colette and Cosette are the best as full names.
