[Opinions] Re: Martha (edited)

I like it okay, it feels clunky to me but I like that its uncommon and has a history. I think Mar works as a nn, but it seems like something you would call someone, before you ask them a question like"Hey Mar?"
"Yeah?"
"What's a five letter word for joy?"The nn just feels very informal, like a family pet name or something close friends would use not the everyday name that people would call her. I can see it on a little girl without any problems. I actually am seeing a girl in a red velvet dress and blonde ringlets getting ready for Christmas when I try to think of a little girl with the name.I do like Marta better though. I find it fresh and sweet, plus it makes me think of The Sound Of Music, which I was obsessed with in elementary school.(Sorry if I rambled, I feeling rather whimsical)
