I think if you spell it any other way, it might look strange and/or unrecognizable as Ancient Greek. I mean, I know it's transliterated, but there is kind of an accepted transliterated spelling after all of these years.You could try:Syntyke (which looks like little tykes or something)
Sintikee (no words for this one..)
Syntiki (like...tiki lounge)...and to be honest, it just keeps getting worse. So, personally...I don't think there's a better spelling for Syntyche. Sorry. =/
