I love this name and I say USE IT. This name is perfectly usable, and surprisingly was more popular 30 years ago than today, but was never really extremely popular.
I don't know if you like Lissy for a nickname but I find that charming.
Felicity works well because it can be old-fashioned or modern depending on middle name and personality of the bearer.
Felicity also breaks one of my "rules" with virtue names. I don't normally like them, but I make an exception for Felicity and Verity which I both love.
I considered this before I was even pregnant with my daughter (who is almost 23 months), but my husband vetoed it.
