Sybil is pretty cool. I wouldn't use it myself but if I met a little Sybil I'd be pleased.
Richard I've never really warmed to. I went to school with a few Richards (there were two in my fifth grade class) so I don't really see it as an "old man" name, but I just don't really like it. And the nicknames are not great.
