I think Curt is kind of nice. I think you'd warm up to it quickly if you had a baby Curtis or something like that.
I don't really like Curtis that much - never have. It's always seemed really geeky to me, along the lines of something like Myrtis. But in real life I think it would actually work well, like Malcolm.
It's the name of one of the most notoriously exclusive and high-quality music schools in the world, too, so there's that.
