I like Madeleine - you could argue that the original French spelling makes it different from the very popular Madeline. I agree that Madison, in all its variations is too popular, and I never liked it personally.
Madigan is really not my style, sorry.
Maddy is a pretty nn - but it is very popular - so if you're going to use that, you might as well use Madeleine (etc. ) as the full name.
I'm not a fan of giving a nn as the given name, but that is an option too.
I guess you could make it short for Miranda or even Margaret?

1
