She'll definitely not be called Dot exclusively. They love the full name too but they are a big nicknaming family and there is no way any kid of their's is going to be exclusively their full name all the time. I agree about Grace but I think going with a more unusual choice for the first name made them lean towards a more current and widely liked middle name.
