I don't see anything wrong with Shaquille's childrens' names (except the newest one)...they are Arabic names, not made up, although he didn't use the best transliterations.
I would have gone with Tahira, Sharif, Shakir, and Amira personally, rather than his spellings, but they are still nice names with nice meanings.
