Josephine is a name I've loved since I was a little girl, in huge part because there were women with the name who impacted my life positively: pre-school teacher, first person to cut my hair, etc. It's a name that's always in my periphery if not actually in my Top 10, and one I'd gladly use in real life.
For nicknames, I'm more partial to Josie than Jo, though the latter isn't bad.
Josephine's siblings would likely have names like Theodore, Caroline, Victoria, Edmund, and other Victorian /
Belle Époque names.
