To me this is a middle name only kind of name, and it's one of those surnames that one wonders why it's being used if it is/was not one of yours. Don't think it can comfortably hold the first name slot without seeming pretentious or fanboy, imo Anthony Hendrix is a dazzler, and Hendrix Anthony is rather limp.
