I like both equally, they just have different niches. Lorelei is darker, sleeker, more mysterious, elegant, blue and watery. Rosalie is also elegant but more innocent, vintage-feeling, and bookish.
(I suppose I prefer Lorelei in general, but if it was for a baby I might pick Rosalie just because it's easier to wear and Rosie is cute and I don't like Lori. I really like the sound of the full name Lorelei but I don't think a kid would actually use the whole thing. Lore would be a great nickname though...)
