I'm not big on biblical names, and Ira - being also Latin for Rage or Anger - doesn't stand a chance.
I knew an Ena at school: very musical, lovely singing voice, good at sport; thanks to her, Ena sounds quite nice to me, but not enough to use. I'd prefer Enya, another anglicised version, but wouldn't want to copy the singer.
