My theory is just, popular sounds... Har- like Harper, arl like Arlo and Charlotte and Scarlett, -oh ending sound like Willow which is vaguely masc but non-mannish.
I don't really like it.
I like Margot, and Meadow, Cielo, and Willow more.
I like it about the same as Halo and Rio.
I like Marlowe, Cleo, Shiloh, and Indigo a bit less.
